I was amazed at how quickly Michael and Anabel were able to sell my house. They advertised very well and gave me great suggestions on how to prepare my home for a quick sale, at the best possible price. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome and the selling price was more than I even thought possible. Kudos to a great team!

I worked with them on a transaction - I represented a buyer for a property they were selling. As a fellow real estate agent, I can honestly say that this power team was amazing to work with! They are a phenomenal team with excellent attention to detail, high levels of professionalism, and they’re very personable. Thank you Team Simpson for a wonderful transaction, and hopefully we can do business again soon.

What a dynamic duo to help me sell my home! I came across Michael & Anabel on the internet while trying to get information on selling my home in Chino. Within moments they called me after sending an inquiry. This prompt response was consistent throughout our transaction. Both very knowledgeable and got us above our asking price after fielding multiple offers. I have worked with other realtors in the past but the Simpson team was superior and set the standards high. I'm waiting to buy my new home but I referred them to my mother and they are helping her find her dream home now!!

Mike and Anabel are great at what they do and a great team to work with. I've had the opportunity to work with them on a purchase transaction and they did a fantastic job not only keeping the transaction on track with our timelines but also in communicating regularly with pertinent info. Highly Recommend!
