Prior to listing our home, they cleaned, decluttered, and staged everything. No detail was spared to make sure the home was shown in the best possible condition. They were able to get my home under contract in less than a week and for our desired price. Once in escrow, they conducted several garage sales to help get rid of some items. They even helped us pack and load our remaining belongings into our moving pods. Mike and Anabel were so much more than a traditional realtor. They did whatever it took to help us prepare, sell, and move from our home. Simply put, if you don’t hire Mike and Anabel Simpson you are making a huge mistake. Anabel and Michael are the best! They went above and beyond in helping me sell the house because I am living out of state and could not be there to make sure everything was out of the house and in order. Almost everything was done electronically which was very helpful, too.
