We have observed many times that Simpson Realty held open houses using many signs providing good directions. It was very noticeable because they routinely put up more signs then other Realtor’s. So, when we needed a Realtor, we gave them our listing.
We needed to sell a house that was vacant and required monthly mortgage payments. We were hoping for a quick sale but Mortgage Rates were over 7% making it difficult to sell. Mortgage Rates had not been that high in the previous 24 years.

They jointly agreed on a solution that was both expedient and economical. We know that Simpson Realty saved us thousands of dollars on that problem.

Anabel and Michael are the best! They went above and beyond in helping me sell the house because I am living out of state and could not be there to make sure everything was out of the house and in order. Almost everything was done electronically which was very helpful, too. They had a great plan on how to present the house so it could be seen by a lot of people during the open house and how to deal with the multiple offers that were submitted. They have been great to work with and helped us step by step in selling our rental house in a historic Anaheim, California neighborhood. It was especially tricky because the three owners lived in two different states.
