5 stars!!! Michael and Anabel are a dynamic duo. I specifically like them because of their bi-lingual capabilities. They have been great to work with and helped us step by step in selling our rental house in a historic Anaheim, California neighborhood. It was especially tricky because the three owners lived in two different states. They went the extra mile for us and the house sold and escrow closed in less than thirty days😃well done Michael and Anabel.

They were equal parts professional and personable, and they demonstrated an uncanny ability to think fast on their feet when it really mattered the most. Results are important and I had a buyer within a week. But what was more impressive to me was the PROCESS by which they marketed my property. Anabel and Michael were very helpful in selling my mothers home. It was in a Trust and they had to deal with a number of issues that involved a lot of paperwork. We lived a good distance from the property and they would go and make sure that the home looks its best. Both Anabel and Michael were very professional and were successful in getting the price we were happy with.
