What a dynamic duo to help me sell my home! I came across Michael & Anabel on the internet while trying to get information on selling my home in Chino. Within moments they called me after sending an inquiry. This prompt response was consistent throughout our transaction. Both very knowledgeable and got us above our asking price after fielding multiple offers. I have worked with other realtors in the past but the Simpson team was superior and set the standards high. I'm waiting to buy my new home but I referred them to my mother and they are helping her find her dream home now!!

I was an out-of-state seller and couldn't have been more pleased or impressed with Anabel and Michael. They were equal parts professional and personable, and they demonstrated an uncanny ability to think fast on their feet when it really mattered the most. Results are important and I had a buyer within a week. But what was more impressive to me was the PROCESS by which they marketed my property. The way they were able to display the property was visually stunning. I recommend them highly.

Anabel and Michael were very helpful in selling my mothers home. It was in a Trust and the had to deal with a number of issues that involved a lot of paperwork. We lived a good distance from the property and the would go and make sure that the home looked it's best. Both Anabel and Michael were very professional and were successful in getting the price we were happy with.

They went above and beyond in helping me sell the house because I am living out of state and could not be there to make sure everything was out of the house and in order. Almost everything was done electronically which was very helpful, too. They had a great plan on how to present the house so it could be seen by a lot of people during the open house and how to deal with the multiple offers that were submitted. The house sold very quickly with no problems and I can't thank them enough!
